Jihad Haddad

I’m Jihad and I’m a Movement Specialist. I help busy entrepreneurs and fitness enthusiasts who desire to invest in their body’s strength, mobility and shape.

I teach them the right postures when through their weight training, functional training and mobility practice.

I guide you to understand your body so you can reach your own personal fitness goals smartly and injury free.

I pride myself with a lean and flexible body but it wasn’t always that way…

I started my career with a maniacal attention to my aesthetic shape.  I over-trained. I abused my body. I found myself as a body builder having additional muscle mass to carry. But I had no flexibility whatsoever. I had a bad posture. And bone problems. I didn’t have enough fat through my food intake to lubricate my tissues. I just focused on my exterior prowess. 

My first personal transformation was when I realized I had to completely change my fitness routine to offload my body from that unnecessary muscle mass that was constricting my body movements and also I had to include a more balanced way of eating.

My second major transformation was when, after complaining from chronic pains in my joints and spine, I discovered that I had several old spinal injuries that were irreversible. That moment was a pivotal time for me, but also, devastating as an athlete. I had to learn to train in a way where I respect my body’s capacity but also to preserve it for the future.

Both my body transformation and my injuries have increased my respect for my own body, sharpened my knowledge of how to train right and made me even more passionate to teach and share my knowledge with my clients and students.

My body is my gym. And also your body is your gym. And there’s no ONE-WAY of training. There’s a way that works for you. There’s a way that works for me.

It’s my honor to show you how to train right for your body type.

  • Sports is my passion, I left my career as a Financial Advisor to dedicate my full time to training and wellness.
    I’m a certified TacFit Team Leader, FlowFit instructor. PT trainer, CST military clubbell instructor.
  • I believe in authentic relationships.
  • I love Ice Cream and great food. Eating well is a huge part of wellness and
    fitness. I don’t believe in deprivation.
  • I hava an MBA in finance. And started my PhD in Global Marketing.
  • I’m tri-lingual I speak English, Arabic and French.
  • My wife is my muse.
  • I’m a boy scout
  • I’m a fashionista- I love dressing up.
  • I was a competitive Body builder. Black belt in judo.
  • I love cartoons. Dragon Ball is my favorite.

  • I own a Harley Davidson that I custom made. I love riding this bike.

Workshop

Cardio Vascular + Mobility Training For Athletes

This is a personalized mentoring and training for Jiu Jitsu practitioners and MMA fighters. You will learn how to engage your core and efficiently use your body so you can improve your performance. We will work on your cardio vascular endurance, your strength and power.

Mentorship + Advanced Workshops for Trainers

I love to share my knowledge in fitness and training. Through my international workshops you get hands on scientific and practical training. My main focus beyond teaching you these cutting edge fitness modalities is that you get educated on your body and the body of your clients. ABOUT TACFIT

TACFIT is intelligently organized to address the internal, hormonal environment through exercise endocrinology.

TACFIT considers the body’s natural biorhythm and provides the right workout timing and combination for better results all while avoiding pains and injuries.

The aims are to achieve optimal level of fitness, while remaining injury-free.

There are 2 types of forces which improve the health and performance of the human organism:

  • The generation of driving forces, or power output.
  • The removal of restrictive forces, or decreasing drag.

CLUBBELL

CLUBBELL or CIRCULAR STRENGTH TRAINING (CST) is designed to strengthen:

  • Core engagement with movement. The circular, continuous movement is designed in a way to make you aware of the core’s functionality.
  • Punching power (for fighters).
  • Pulling and gripping power (for grapplers).
  • Upper body.
  • Lower body.
  • Release stress from fascia on the wrists, unlike other conventional weight systems.
CLUBBELL

As I was recovering from a shoulder and hamstring injury, I was looking for a kind approach in my body movement practice yet I wanted to be challenged. I desired a blend of intensity, regaining my mobility and feeling that my body is healing. Jihad has the ability to adapt his training to my needs of the day and my needs of the moment. Each session is new and uplifting. And that’s important to me as I recover through my injuries.
